Respect consent

Consent must be freely given, specific, and ongoing. Respect physical and conversational boundaries. A participant may end the date at any time without explanation. Do not pressure anyone to leave the public venue, drink alcohol, share contact information, or continue communicating.

Be truthful

Use your own identity and accurate age, relationship status, profile information, and intentions. Do not impersonate others, share accounts, manipulate verification, or misrepresent why you are participating.

Prohibited conduct

Harassment, threats, stalking, discrimination, hate speech, sexual misconduct, violence, coercion, scams, solicitation, recording without permission, weapons, illegal drugs, and intoxication that creates risk are prohibited.

Protect privacy

Do not photograph, record, identify, investigate, publish, or share another participant’s information without permission. Do not attempt to uncover a Ticket A venue before a committed selection.

Respect venues and staff

Follow staff instructions, arrive within the required window, treat workers respectfully, pay your own food and drink charges, and do not disrupt other patrons.

Enforcement

Nummy may warn, pause, suspend, or permanently remove participants; cancel tickets; preserve evidence; and contact emergency services or authorities where appropriate. Retaliation for reporting a concern is prohibited.
