Eligibility

You must be at least 21, currently single, legally able to agree to these terms, and approved by Nummy. Information you provide must be accurate. Accounts and tickets may not be transferred.

How the service works

Ticket A provides up to two hours of queue participation after activation and venue check-in. Ticket B provides up to two hours to browse eligible participants and request a date, one request at a time. A request creates a date only if the Ticket A participant accepts it; declining or letting a request expire does not consume either ticket. Compatibility, selection, attendance, or a successful date is never guaranteed.

Assigned venues and operating windows may change for safety or operational reasons. Ticket A participants must remain at their assigned venue. Ticket B participants must arrive by the displayed deadline.

Conduct and safety

You agree to follow the Community Guidelines, venue rules, staff instructions, and all applicable laws. You may end any date at any time. Nummy may pause, suspend, or remove participants to protect safety or pilot integrity.

Payments and cancellations

Prices are shown before checkout. Refunds and credits are governed by the Refund Policy. Missed arrival deadlines, no-shows, or personal changes of mind do not automatically qualify for a refund.

Pilot limitations

Nummy Date is an experimental, concierge-operated service provided as available. Identity verification reduces risk but does not guarantee another participant’s character, intentions, or future behavior. To the extent permitted by law, Nummy is not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Changes and termination

We may change or stop the pilot, update these terms prospectively, or terminate access for policy violations. Material changes will be presented for acceptance before further participation.
