Refund and Credit Policy

The pilot uses clear remedies when Nummy or a partner venue cannot provide meaningful service.

Eligible remedies

A refund or account credit may be issued when a platform failure prevents activation or selection, an assigned venue cannot honor the date and no reasonable fallback is available, Nummy cancels the operating session, or a selected participant becomes unavailable because of a verified operational error.

Usually not eligible

Automatic refunds are not provided for a missed Ticket B arrival deadline, participant no-show, leaving early by personal choice, low compatible supply disclosed before purchase, failure to complete verification, policy suspension, or a date that does not produce a personal connection.

Ticket A service

If Ticket A checks in correctly but receives no meaningful queue service because of a Nummy or venue failure, support may issue a replacement credit or refund after reviewing operating records.

Request and timing

Contact support within seven days and include the ticket or receipt reference. Approved card refunds are returned through Stripe to the original payment method; bank processing times vary. Credits appear in the participant wallet with any expiration date.

Safety reports

Refund review is separate from safety investigation. Report urgent conduct through the Safety Center immediately; you do not need to wait for a refund decision.
