Privacy Policy

This policy explains what the pilot collects, why it is used, and what other participants can see.

Jersey City concierge pilot

Information we collect

We collect account and contact details, date of birth, identity-verification status, profile and dating preferences, service zones, availability, venue constraints, ticket and payment records, check-ins, safety reports, blocks, feedback, device events, and support communications.

Stripe handles payment and identity-verification materials. Nummy receives payment status and verification results; it does not intentionally store full card numbers or copies of identity documents.

How information is used

Information is used to verify eligibility, determine mutual compatibility, forecast local supply, assign venues, operate dates, prevent fraud, respond to safety concerns, process payments, measure reliability, and improve the pilot.

What dates see

Before selection, an eligible Ticket B participant may see your first initial, age, height, broad profession and education categories, children and pet status, relationship intention, languages, distance band, availability, and verified status. We do not reveal your legal name, employer, contact details, home ZIP, exact location, social accounts, photo, or assigned venue.

Location and retention

The public Date Pulse uses aggregated ZIP-level information with suppression thresholds. It never displays individual pins. Operational location and check-in data is retained only as needed for safety, disputes, fraud prevention, and legal obligations.

Sharing

We share data with service providers such as Stripe, Twilio, hosting, monitoring, and analytics vendors under service agreements; with venue staff only as needed for check-in and operation; and when legally required or necessary to protect people from harm. We do not sell personal information.

Your choices

You may update profile information, stop participating, block another participant, or request access, correction, or deletion by contacting support. Some records may be retained for safety, financial, audit, or legal requirements.
